LEADERSHIP
KC LaCross
Owner
KC is the Founder of Cleveland Logistics Company, where he leads the strategic vision and growth of the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Sales Management from the University of Akron and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
KC brings over a decade of experience in manufacturing and distribution, beginning his career as a Mechanical Sales Engineer working with manufacturers and distributors across the country. He later served as a Key Account Manager for the largest industrial distributor in the U.S., and then as Director of Business Development for a manufacturing firm, where he led national sales initiatives and strategic partnerships.
In 2021, KC launched Cleveland Logistics Company with an initial focus on e-commerce delivery. Through his leadership, the company has scaled into one of the highest-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the nation. Today, he is spearheading the company’s expansion into high-barrier, high-impact sectors including pharmaceutical, medical device, and equipment transport logistics — positioning Cleveland Logistics Company at the forefront of specialized delivery solutions.
Felton Shropshire IV
Director of Operations
Felton Shropshire IV is the Director of Operations at Cleveland Logistics Company, where he leads transportation performance, fleet operations, and workforce management across multiple locations. Felton brings a unique blend of frontline leadership and logistics expertise, having risen through the company from Delivery Associate to Director within just over a year.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a background in aviation and logistics, Felton developed operational discipline and leadership under high-pressure environments. He holds professional certifications including OSHA 30-Hour General Industry and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Since joining Cleveland Logistics in 2022, Felton has played a key role in scaling operations and supporting the company’s recognition as one of Amazon’s highest-performing DSPs, earning multiple DSP of the Month awards, the Pinnacle DSP Award, and DSP of the Year. He is passionate about internal career development, helping build the next generation of leaders within the organization.
Tyler Harper
Director of Finance
Tyler serves as the Director of Finance at Cleveland Logistics Company, where he oversees all aspects of payroll, financial planning, analysis, and strategy. A graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S.A. in Accounting, Tyler began his career in corporate tax accounting, spending five years in the investment industry specializing in tax return preparation and investment industry services as a senior tax accountant.
Since joining Cleveland Logistics Company at its founding in 2021, Tyler has played a foundational role in the company’s rapid growth. Starting as a driver, working through each position in the company he quickly applied his financial expertise and operational insight to help build out the company’s driver structure, dispatch procedures, and operations management systems. Tyler also led the development of the payroll and finance departments, establishing scalable systems that support the company’s expanding logistics operations.
Today, Tyler combines hands-on field experience with deep financial knowledge to guide Cleveland Logistics Company’s financial health and long-term strategic growth.
Brenda Hughes
Director of Human Resources
Brenda brings over two decades of leadership experience and dedicated work in human resource management within the distribution and logistics industry. Since helping to launch Cleveland Logistics Company in 2021, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people-first culture and supporting its rapid growth.
Starting as a driver, working through each position in the company Brenda quickly leveraged her HR expertise to build the company’s human resources infrastructure from the ground up. She developed and led the hiring and onboarding processes, creating scalable systems that have supported the expansion of a high-performing, mission-driven team.
Today, Brenda oversees all facets of human resources, including hiring, onboarding, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and employee relations. Her leadership continues to be a cornerstone of Cleveland Logistics Company’s operational excellence and employee success.
