From 5 Routes to 125 Routes Per Day

Cleveland Logistics Company launched operations in September 2021 as an Amazon DSP in Solon, OH at delivery station DCM3. We started with just 5 cargo vans, 5 routes, and 10 dedicated employees. What we lacked in size, we made up for in work ethic, discipline, and a commitment to world-class service. By 2023, our performance in safety, quality, and reliability earned us the opportunity to launch the new Amazon delivery station DCL9 in Brooklyn, OH.

There, we scaled aggressively—growing to 65 routes, over 130 employees, and 85 vehicles. By 2024, we were operating as many as 90 last mile routes daily, delivering over 10,000 packages per day across our network. In recognition of our performance, we were named a Pinnacle DSP—a title reserved for the top 5% of Amazon DSPs nationwide.

Adding Middle Mile. Doubling Down on Excellence.

The Pinnacle designation opened the door to Amazon’s Middle Mile program. We expanded our operations to include 26-foot box truck delivery, transporting palletized freight dock-to-dock to post offices and businesses. Within months, we scaled this new segment to 49 box trucks and over 100 new employees.

Today, Cleveland Logistics runs over 150 vehicles with a workforce of 250+ employees. We’ve delivered over 10,000 packages per day across both Last Mile and Middle Mile, while maintaining elite standards in safety, on-time performance, and package quality. In 2024, we were awarded Amazon DSP of the Year—a reflection of the passion, discipline, and relentless commitment of our entire team.

Delivery services now commonly rely on independent contractors, unmarked personal vehicles, and gig economy platforms—creating a fragmented, unreliable, and often unprofessional customer experience.

Launching Medical & Pharmaceutical Logistics

In 2025, we focused on launching our Medical & Pharmaceutical Division, bringing our battle-tested logistics systems and world-class workforce into the critical healthcare space. We began the process of licensing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, obtaining DEA registration, and implementing HIPAA-compliant procedures, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) protocols, and cold chain capabilities.

Every driver in this division will have at least two years of tenure and undergoes specialized training in chain-of-custody, patient privacy, temperature-sensitive transport, and safety. We plan to transport pharmaceuticals, medical devices, lab specimens, and blood products—delivering critical goods with zero tolerance for error.
