Vehicle Photo Log

To ensure the safety and maintenance of our fleet, all drivers are required to provide photos of their vehicle daily. Please take clear photos of each part of your vehicle as listed below and submit them through the form provided.

Front of the Vehicle
Ensure the entire front is visible, including the bumper and windshield.

Driver Side of the Vehicle
Capture the full length of the driver side, showing any markings, dents, or scratches.

Rear of the Vehicle
Include the license plate, bumper, and any cargo areas visible from the rear.

Passenger Side of the Vehicle
Like the driver side, ensure the full length is visible.

Cargo Space
Take a clear photo of the cargo area to show it is clean and organized.

Interior of the Vehicle
Include the dashboard, seats, and any other interior components.

Ensure all photos are clear and properly focused. Submissions with unclear or incomplete photos may require a re-submission. Click the “Submit” button below to upload your photos and complete the inspection report.
